Flat Spray Nozzles

Flat fan nozzles produce a linear, fan-shaped spray pattern with varying thicknesses and impact levels. The spray is highly uniform and ideal for achieving even surface coverage. The spray passage of flat fan spray nozzles is large and smooth, reducing blockage.  Thread size varies from 1/4" - 2" thread. Flat fan spray nozzle is easy to be installed and replaced and can be fitted with a filter, easy to clean.  The specific characteristics of the nozzle, such as spray angle, flow rate, pressure, and droplet size, can be adjusted for different applications.     Due to their controlled, uniform, and high-impact spray, flat fan nozzles are used across many industries for tasks such as Cleaning and washing,  Pressure washing,  Surface preparation,  Agricultural spraying,  Industrial cooling and humidifying,  Lubrication and coating,  and Dust suppression.

Types of Flat fan nozzles

  • Standard flat spray nozzles

These are the most common type, creating a fan pattern that tapers at the edges. When used together on a spray bar with the patterns overlapping, they create an even, broadcast spray.  They are used in a variety of industrial and agricultural applications, including cleaning, coating, and cooling.High Pressure Flat spray nozzles

They are made from hardened 400 series stainless steel and designed for pressure washing, cleaning, and car wash applications. They have a high-impact, even-edge flat spray pattern for precise cleaning. Their operating pressures range from 20 bar to 275 bar with a spray angle range from 0° to 65°.

Deflected flat spray nozzles

They produce a flat, fan-shaped spray by directing a stream of fluid against an internal curved impact surface. This design creates an extra-wide spray pattern and is resistant to clogging due to its round orifice. Depending on the arc of the deflection surface, these nozzles can produce either a wide-angle, low-impact spray or a narrow-angle, high-impact spray.

  • High-impact

They are designed with a curved, spoon-like surface that the liquid deflects off of, creating a more powerful, higher-impact jet than a standard nozzle at the same pressure.

  • Coin flat spray nozzles

These are a type of industrial nozzle designed to produce a flat, sheet-like spray pattern. It is distinct for its thin, coin-shaped body, which allows for flush mounting in narrow or confined spaces, such as inside spray bars. This design is especially common in paper and pulp production for cleaning and washing processes.
